Daily Life in Ancient Egypt

Today the students were assigned to research the daily life of ancient Egyptians.  Each group of 3 students was given 6 different roles to study.  They included: slaves, woodworkers/toolmakers, homemakers, farmers, children, and scribes.  The group is now creating a poster that depicts each of those groups.  Under each picture the requirement is to write a short paragraph describing that group's role in ancient Egyptian society.  They are off to a great start!
